The Eight Steps
- We discuss your requirements with you and then configure the system to operate according to your needs (Tienda is highly flexible in the ways it can operate).
- We advise you and help you apply for an account with a payment processing provider (required to allow you to take credit card payments).
- We design the shop front pages so you get a great looking shop reflecting your branding and colours (we can also help you with branding if necessary).
- We add any additional web pages needed, including terms and conditions, refunds, delivery, blog, expert content section etc. as required.
- We train you to populate your store if you wish to do this yourself or we can do this for you, including writing great product descriptions, procuring and optimising photographs and we have an in-house product photography service if necessary.
- We connect to the payment processing provider and thoroughly test everything is working correctly.
- We train you to process orders, handle refunds, manage the products and produce management reports etc., following which we can immediately make the shop go live.
- We can then support you as required with marketing of your shop, including launch announcements, impactive eNewsletters that help sell products, and a search engine optimisation campaign to boost your shop's pages in the rankings!
