Sales Executive

We are looking for an intelligent, self-starting individual with a proven ability to open up new opportunities. You must be:

• Passionate about internet marketing, the web, and new technology, and able to communicate the benefits to potential customers. Someone who is very internet savvy but not from a technical background.
• A pro-active self-starter with lots of drive and ambition.
• Confident cold calling customers to create opportunities.
• Friendly and outgoing - you must love talking to customers and be capable of resolving any issues in a polite and professional manner.
• Commercially minded - able maintain regular contact with customers and always looking for new opportunities when talking to them.
• Comfortable working in an environment where salary is heavily dependent on results.

Telemarketing

Required to work on outbound telemarketing campaigns commissioned by our customers and equally to promote our own products and services to prospective clients. Tasks will include generating qualified enquiries, sales leads and appointments; Conducting surveys; Explaining products and services and gathering accurate information to aid the sales process. You must:

• Have proven experience of success working on the promotion of products and services, ideally in a business to business environment.
• Be confident, warm and out-going with a good telephone manner and clear diction.
• Be intelligent and able to communicate effectively with senior executives and other decision makers.
• Having a good sense of humour is essential - tenacious and not easily deflected from targets.
• Have excellent active listening skills, empathic and sensitive to the reactions of others.
• Possess a superb attitude to customer service and have great life skills and experience.
